Scott Offen was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1960. He graduated from the Roxbury Latin School in 1978. He attended Hamilton College from 1978-1982. Since 1985 He has worked for Fidelity Investments as an analyst and portfolio manager in equities. He is currently enrolled at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
